Inżammet laqgħa ta’ konsultazzjoni bejn l-intraprizi u stakeholders fis-settur tal-gastronomija f’Għawdex, biex jibda jigi mħejji l-Bid Book għar-Reġjun tal-Gastronomija 2026. Għal-laqgħa attendew numru sabiħ ta’ nies li jaħdmu fis-settur minn bdiewa sa’ negozjanti u akkademiċi.
Fost il-ħafna diskussjonijiet saru workshops li ffukaw fuq is-sitt pilastri li jagħmlu reġjun tal-gastronomija. Sar ukoll Analizi ta’ SWOT fuq kull pilastru. Dan il-workshop huwa l-ewwel fost sensiela li qed jagħmel il-Kunsill Reġjonali Għawdex bil-għan li fix-xhur li ġejjin jagħmel sottomissjoni tal-Bid Book biex Għawdex ikun Reġjun Ewropew tal-Gastronomija fil-2026.
